how it works
1. Contact me so we can arrange an online meeting to get to know each other and the areas of your business that you'd like to address. During the meeting I will gather information to create and send you a draft scope of work.
​
2. We have a second meeting either on-site or online to discuss the draft scope and to fine tune it if necessary into a proposal.
​
3. If you would like to commission the work then agree the proposal and we are good to go.
​
All my proposals are created in a modular format divided into logical steps. This allows for the work to flow and to be reviewed as the project progresses.

In interim management there is occasionally a requirement to 'hold the fort' for a period of time. I can do this but I am much happier when I am leading a culture of continual improvement across all the disciplines of food and drink manufacturing.
